Using this site
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above reflects the current version.
What we do, and what we do not do
Alongside Recovery provides private, non-clinical recovery support: intervention support, sober transport, companion support, recovery coaching, and family coordination. We are not a treatment center and not a sober living residence. We are not a medical, psychiatric, or emergency service, and we do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
This site is information, not treatment
The guides, articles, and notes on this site are general information written to be helpful. They are not a substitute for care from a qualified clinician, and reading them does not create a professional relationship. Always seek the advice of a licensed professional for a specific situation.
In an emergency
If someone is in immediate danger, call 911. For the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, call or text 988. This website is not monitored for emergencies.
No guaranteed outcomes
Recovery is individual. We bring experience, structure, and continuity, but we do not and cannot guarantee any particular result. Nothing on this site should be read as a promise of a specific outcome.
Your responsibilities
Please use the site lawfully, provide accurate information when you contact us, and do not attempt to disrupt or misuse it.
Intellectual property
The content, design, and marks on this site belong to Alongside Recovery and may not be copied or reused without permission, except as allowed by law.
Links to other sites
We link to outside resources, such as research papers and public health services, for your convenience. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not control.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alongside Recovery is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
