Confidentiality is the center of our work. This page explains what we collect, what we do with it, and what we never do.

The short version
We collect only what you choose to send us, we use it only to respond to you and coordinate your care, and we never sell it or share it without your consent. There are no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party trackers anywhere on this site.
What we collect
When you use our contact form or email us, we receive the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, and anything you write to us. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. We do not use cookies for tracking, and we do not run analytics or advertising scripts.
How we use your information
We use what you send us to respond to your inquiry, to have a first conversation, and, if you engage us, to coordinate your care. That is all. Nothing you share is disclosed to an employer, a family member, or anyone else without your consent, except where the law requires it or to prevent imminent harm.
How your information is handled
Form submissions are delivered to our care team by email through our form provider. We use a small number of service providers strictly to operate the site and receive messages; they are bound to handle your information only on our instructions. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
Data retention
We keep the information you send us only as long as needed to help you or to meet a legal obligation, and then we remove it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to careteam@alongsiderecovery.com and a person will respond.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so please share only what you are comfortable putting in writing; you can always tell us the rest by phone.
